I hope you’re all very well. I had some requests for some Post-Natal Yoga sessions that you could safely do a couple of times a week.
So Svitlana, the best Yoga Instructor in Edinburgh, and I shot some videos. If you’re in Edinburgh and are looking to get a Yoga session or two in just look her up
So here is the first video. You will find that instead of Svitlana doing the commentary you’re still stuck with my dulcet tones and it takes a little while to narrate a video. So the other 2, slightly more advanced videos, will be released in the next week or so.
Some ground rules with regards to these flows; Don’t start with these flows if you have none to very little core activation or very bad Diastasis Recti.
Please make sure you’re always comfortable when doing these exercises. Don’t push yourself too hard, but push yourself a little bit 😉
And please do them in the order they were intended. The 3rd is quite a tough one. Actually, as a middle-aged guy I find the first two tough enough as I’m not that flexible 🙂
