Man, we’ve been busy at HPNB HQ! New website, more exercise videos and more sessions. We have several new advice videos up on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube (So make sure you like/follow/whatever you do us there ) And it’s about to get even better.
Peter will be doing a podcast starting next month! The Healthy Post-Natal Body podcast will be a weekly 25-30 minute in depth look at a specific topic to do with post-natal health and exercise.
As you can imagine a 5000 word blog-post would be too long for most people to read and a 25 minute Youtube clip is just too long to pay attention to. The podcast will allow us to go quite deep and detailed answering any questions you may have whilst still allowing you to go about your business 🙂
So send in any questions and comments you have and help give us more ideas. What would you like to know about post-natal exercise? What aches and pains do you have that you finally want resolved and answered by someone who knows what they’re talking about?
