Hi all,
I hope you’re well.
It’s been ridiculously summery in Edinburgh in the past week. Of course by “ridiculously summery” I mean it was a solid 18-20 degrees Celsius, but that’s what I get for living in Scotland 🙂
Over the past 4 weeks we’ve done some normal, every day recipes that really fit nicely into the busy lifestyle you’re likely to have.
This week I bring you an almost 50 page download of tremendous recipes that are healthy and VERY summery.
We have a bit of everything here, chicken, lamb, beef, vegetarian and vegan and very tasty summery juices and smoothies. Most of these are created by Michelin starred chefs but almost all are very straightforward and don’t take too long to make. I am positive you’re going to love this. We have burgers, steaks, kebabs, pizzas, and just wait until you’ve tasted Gordon Ramsay’s beef salad!
Trust me, it’s beautiful!
Anyways, download the booklet here and let me know what you think.
Just in case you have not yet downloaded the other booklets you can do so below.
HPNB Post-Natal cookbook week 1
HPNB Post-Natal cookbook week 2
HPNB Post-Natal cookbook week 3
HPNB Post-Natal cookbook week 4
As always, these downloads are not behind a paywall, don’t require anyone to give an email address etc. So if you think you know someone who might want copies then just send them the link to this blog and share the message.
Have a tremendous summer and look out for the Yoga videos coming soon.
Peter

[…] Cut out foods that make YOU bloat. There is no “one diet fits all solution”, and anyone who tells you differently is incorrect 🙂 Sure certain foods tend to give everybody a bit of a bloated stomach; Domino’s pizza, hot chocolate with a lot of sugar etc. come to mind but a lot of peoplehave completely different reactions to food. Some people are fine with white bread where as others are not. Personally I get more of a bloated stomach from brown than from white bread, so for me brown would be off the menu. What does seem to help for a lot of people is a higher fiber diet, so get those veggies in, and cutting out highly processed foods.
