One of our members asked the above question. She knows what to do on the “effort part” of the exercise, when you exhale, but was unsure of the other part of the exercise.
It can be difficult when you’re just getting used to your post-baby stomach and not knowing what it should feel like is very common.
I answered via email, and on the forum, but thought I’d be worth going into a bit more depth so recorded a little video.
