Just a very quick post to share this news with you.
After a request from one of our lovely members we will be adding “advanced” strength sessions to all your programs over the weekend! This means that those of you who have done plenty of exercise in the past, and who are more “connected” to your core, will now have something more challenging to try your hand at!
The daily home routine stays the same. We do want to make sure you don’t over do it. But those of you with a slightly higher level of fitness will now have more fun 🙂
Remember to keep asking for things and making suggestions if you have any. At HPNB we really want to make sure everybody gets what they need out of Post-Natal exercise.
You’ll get an email when the new sessions are added to your session plans.
