2024 is going to be a HUGE year for Healthypostnatalbody.com so I’d like to just let you know what I’m up to here and what the plans are;
First things first; we have a nice big competition coming up at Christmas 2023. In a blatant attempt to boost member numbers I am putting together a prize draw that you’ll absolutely love! Loads of goodies from The Edinburgh Skincare company.
So keep your eye on our social media, especially Threads as that’s where I am most active and that’s where I’m trying to build some sort of social media presence. It’s a friendlier place that Twitter was and I much prefer it over the visual thing that Instagram offers,]
Having said that, There will be a lot of work happening on our social media profiles and you’ll see some nice work happening there.
We have also been asked to work with some charities and we’ll be supporting them. If you run a women’s charity, or anything to do with postpartum health, and would like some access for your clients just let me know and we’ll work it out.
HPNB has to date provided access to postpartum recovery programs and expert advice to thousands of women, a lot of them for free, and I would like to grow those numbers even more. So don’t be shy to ask!
There are going to be MORE videos going up on the Youtube channel, which will be vey useful to anyone looking to deal with postpartum back and neck issues (and diastasis recti of course). they are all filmed, we’re just editing them 🙂
Accessibility is a key thing and we’ve worked really hard on making healthypostnatalbody.com as accessible to people with hearing difficulties as possible and, of course I have written about diastasis recti in wheelchair users before. We’ll be expanding on that a lot and I’m trying to fugure out how we can improve the accessibility for people with other obstacles. I’m just not quite there yet but have some fun meetings coming up that should help with this.
You’ll also be seeing us at various conferences, lectures and expos so come and say Hi when you see my big bald head pop out somewhere.
Of course the podcast will keep going and I have some GREAT guests lined up, people at the pinnacle in their field. It took some doing but it’ll be very exciting.
Finally, I’m keeping the “pay 5 months max”. The response has been overwhelmingly positive and this will help a lot of people recover from diastasis recti and other issues after their 1st, 2nd or 3rd child without having to pay through the nose for it all.
And, as always, the 3 months free access and advice will ALWAYS remain because postpartum health is a right and not a privilege,.

Take care,
